First impression walking in was really good, then we got to the counter to order person working the counter was very unfriendly didnt welcome us or answer any questions we had. Husband ordered his food first but hadto stop in the middle of his order bc we didn't know if the guy taking the order was actually taking the order as he was juststanding there, then I ordered the kids food and mine finally. Service time was decent . Get our food to the table, that we hadto wipe off, realize we were missing a meal go to counter let the unfriendly guy know and he hands me an open box of food thathe just threw fries in. I'm guessing the district manager was sitting behind us and he was genuinely concerned with whathappened and said he would handle the employees and that he was sorry. He is the only person at this location that was friendlyand welcoming ! We won't be back to this location !

He was definitely the only friendly and welcoming person we encountered. Overall, we won't be returning to this restaurant.
