Jack's - Jackson

I stopped by since I don?t see these fast food joints very often and was curious. I grabbed their special of a Big Jack and fries for $4.99. There were two small beef patty?s on a brioche bun. Unlike other places they actually seasoned their meat which I liked. They used a few veggies. I would say they are a step above a McDonalds but a step below Burger King. The Whopper may not have well seasoned meat but it defeats the Big Jack with its size which include a larger portion of veggies. The fries were standard crinkle cut and were unimpressive. Still this is not a bad spot and I look forward to trying some of their other options on future road trips to Memphis.

I had my first meal at Jack's, and it was excellent! I ordered the chicken sandwich, and unlike many other places, there was a generous amount of chicken compared to the breading. The fries and tea were great too. I’ll definitely stop by again during my travels.

I love this place it's quality of food is Always fresh and clean, customer service is always great!! We stop in every time we're on our way to Tunica Mississippi and stop on our way back heading home. Thx Jack's for great food and service!

Each time I visit this restaurant, the service is fantastic! More fast food establishments should strive to provide such excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to the outstanding customer service. The food was fresh and delicious! The woman in the dining area checked on me multiple times and was incredibly kind. She is the reason I rated this place 5 stars! I believe her name is Mrs. Jackson, and she truly deserves recognition for her exceptional service!
