I reached out to the restaurant for clarification, but they never responded to my request. I then contacted IHOP's corporate office and received the same lack of support. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the customer service.

Even after two people left, the... read more We didn't receive service or food because they are still enforcing COVID protocols, seating only 10 out of 30 tables at a time. Even after two people left, the wait time remained 30 minutes. It seems like these COVID measures will be in place indefinitely. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, and they kindly made them gluten-free to accommodate my allergy. The server was very friendly and thoughtfully served the whipped cream on the side as an extra precaution. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean.

Upon entering, I was seated at a dirty table, and as I surveyed the surroundings, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. It was so unsanitary that I couldn't stay and ended up leaving right away. I can hardly put into words how unclean it was.
