I never give moderate reviews but there was a big issue at our experience on new years eve... it was freezing... everyone was in down jackets and hats. my boyfr... read more I never give moderate reviews but there was a big issue at our experience on new years eve... it was freezing... everyone was in down jackets and hats. my boyfriend literally put his hot soup bowl in his lap to warm up his legs. so, things happen but where the management failed was coming around offering hot tea to everyone and explaining and apologizing. no one said a word a free hot cocktail or cup of tea with an apology would have made all the difference. so easy to do and it goes so far.... thanks!

Many items on the menu were also out of stock. Hayden's Post needs to choose whether it wants to be a bar or a restaurant with seating, as the noise level was too high for a dining experience. The prices were too steep for what felt more like a bar atmosphere than a proper restaurant."
