I was trying to order takeout at their business on April 29, 2023. I called the restaurant at 1:40 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 1:50 p.m. and 1:55 p.m. no answer the phone just rang, rang and rang. The employees never did answer the call or return a call. The technology we have now everyone has caller ID. I tried to call three times from home and one time from my cell phone while in route to the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant at 1:15 p.m. and placed my order at 1:20 p.m. They were busy and waiting to seat customers and graduation parties. There was no one at the counter taking takeout orders. I gave the hostess my order and cellphone number to call me once the order was ready. I waited in my car for an hour, and the hostess had not called to say anything. So, I went back to the restaurant and asked about my order. She said that it was not ready, so another customer came into the restaurant for takeout. She is gone within five minutes because she was able to place an order over the phone. Please keep in mind that if someone had answered the phone earlier, all of this could have been avoided. So, the hostess came and checked on me, and gave me an update about the order. She tells me they are about to start on my pasta order. I asked her to get a manager about the wait time for my order. I requested a refund for the pasta. The manager passed by me twice and when she did arrive to the takeout counter. She requested a payment but had not given me my first receipt from the original order. She did not apologize for the lateness, inconvenience, and inconsistency caused by the restaurant. This is unacceptable and they continued to make EXCUSES for bad behavior and business because it was a graduation day. I will never recommend or enter this business again. I ordered the Turkey Win... read more I can only describe my experience as WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! The food is outstanding, and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered the Turkey Wings with rice, beans, and cabbage, and it was absolutely delicious. I had enough left over for another meal the next day! It had a bit of spice to it, but nothing too overwhelming. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. Such warm-hearted people! I absolutely love this place!

We had to wait a little while before being seated, but once we were at our table, we sat for nearly seven minutes without anyone acknowledging us while staff walked by. The hostess who seated us was friendly and provided us with menus, but ultimately, we decided to leave and find another place to eat. It's unacceptable to let guests wait that long without any interaction, and that kind of service is really disappointing!

I never received my food, and my boyfriend’s plate was missing several items that she hadn’t informed us were out of stock. As you can imagine, I was both hungry and frustrated after waiting a total of two hours for seating and food. I decided to just have her remove my order from the bill, and we would pay for my boyfriend's meal and leave. Incredibly, she told me she thought I had already received my food. She then said she would check on it, but insisted that since I ordered it, I was still responsible for it. I asked to speak with the manager, and somehow she was able to take my meal off the bill. We paid and left. The hostess mentioned the server was new, but that’s no excuse for such poor service, especially since she actively ignored us. I typically tip 20%, but in this case, I felt she deserved nothing. My boyfriend and I will not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone either.

I purchased the cheese fries, lobster/shrimp quesadilla, j chicken egg rolls. Everything was good I couldn’t eat it all! I would like the egg rolls to have a thicker, crunchier crust but all in all I really liked it. My dad ate my leftovers he thoroughly enjoyed! I spent around $30 and there were very huge portions this place nice customer service. I will return again hope to try the location in flowood.
