Terrible customer service. Tried to make a reservation for the same night and cancelled within a few hours because we decided to go somewhere else instead of wait until 9:00. Was never made aware of cancellation policy. Was then charged $100 for canceling within a 12 hour period even though I couldn’t have cancelled within 12 hours because the reservation was made only a few hours before. Will not refund me. The customer service here is atrocious. I attempted to make a reservation for the same night but canceled it a few hours later because we opted to go elsewhere instead of waiting until 9:00. I was never informed about their cancellation policy. To my surprise, I was charged $100 for canceling within a 12-hour period, despite having made the reservation just a few hours earlier. They refuse to issue a refund. I cannot recommend a place that provides such poor customer service. This feels like a scam!
