I attempted to make a reservation for the same night but canceled it a few hours later because we opted to go elsewhere instead of waiting until 9:00. I was never informed about their cancellation policy. To my surprise, I was charged $100 for canceling within a 12-hour period, despite having made the reservation just a few hours earlier. They refuse to issue a refund. I cannot recommend a place that provides such poor customer service. This feels like a scam!
