Fiesta Mexican - Jackson
Fiesta Mexican
Description
This family-run Mexican spot is praised for authentic, flavorful street tacos, enchiladas, al pastor, suadero and a must-try flan, with friendly, hardworking staff and good value compared with nearby options. Experiences vary: some diners rave and return repeatedly, while others note slow or inattentive service, small portions, oily or bland sides, and worrying hygiene signs. Casual and unpretentious, it’s a popular choice for visitors and families—great for hearty, traditional plates but expect occasional inconsistency and rustic conditions.

Food was good, the best by far were the enchiladas! The service was incredibly slow, which was especially frustrating since the place wasn’t all that busy and we were stopping for a quick bit on our drive up north. Prices were a bit high for what we got, but that’s Jackson
This food is not Mexican I order red enchiladas the sauce was made of tomato can it’s was nasty I have never ever eaten something as bad as this not good at all !!!!
Your food is good but a bit more so goes a long way trust me I had your tongue tacos and it just felt like I was chewing on meat without flavor. Please consider adding flavor to your food.
The food was tasty, not as good as I was hoping for. I'm originally from Texas, so I've experienced great Mexican restaurants. The service wasn't bad. Friendly enough, not very engaging about the menu or attentive to needs. I had the mixed fajitas. The chicken and beef were very small, thin pieces and stringy. Good flavor, though. And if you have a big party, they won't split the check. I will probably try somewhere else next time in the area.
