Customers have reported long waits for simple items, undercooked ingredients, and mishandled orders, raising concerns over professionalism and efficiency. However, moments of warmth shine through, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere that invites lingering. Nevertheless, inconsistency in service and food quality suggests potential management challenges. As it stands, while some customers relish the coffee and ambiance, others may reconsider returning until improvements are made.

I ordered three donuts and a coffee. The donuts arrived quickly, but they were all stuck together with icing smeared over each one. The coffee never came. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, I asked the cashier, Bobby, who did nothing for another two minutes. Then, after speaking to a second employee, my issue was finally resolved and the coffee was made. Now I understand why this place has three stars—personally, I believe it deserves fewer.
The restaurant was quite chaotic during my visit, with a group of teenagers goofing around, playing loud music, and singing. There was only one employee at the register trying to help customers, but when she asked others for assistance, they simply refused. To top it off, as I was leaving, they locked the doors, and it was only 6:00 PM on a Tuesday—seems like they just didn’t want to work. I really hope they face some consequences for their lack of professionalism. It’s been a year since my last visit, and unfortunately, things have only worsened. They consistently mess up orders, and this time, they didn’t even add any jelly to my bagel!
I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 30 minutes for it, which I found to be unreasonable, especially since other customers were coming in and getting their food right away. My order was simply a coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. When I finally got my order, the bacon was raw and clearly undercooked. Although I live nearby, I won’t be coming back.
The coffee was, as always, outstanding. The staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit, and the cozy chairs created a wonderful atmosphere for our meeting.
There are often some really friendly people working at the various Dunkin' Donuts locations, and on that particular day, the employee I encountered was especially nice.
