I’ve never had an issue at this location. I always place my orders through the Dunkin' app, and when I arrive, my coffee or breakfast sandwich is always ready. I take full advantage of the available offers. Jessica was fantastic; when they ran out of a holiday coffee (which I ordered through the app deal), she waived the extra fees for the holiday drink, and the team had it ready within just a few minutes. The drive-thru can get quite crowded, so I definitely recommend ordering through the smartphone app before you arrive.

Iced coffee is always hit or miss. bitter evil dark brown so nasty. they spend so much money there and the coffee is hardly ever done right. most employees need to be retrained to make the coffee right. during the week it is better, but still sometimes hit or miss

The food was good but the drive thru was over a 20 minute wait

There were five employees working, but only one girl was attending to both the window and indoor customers. The guy took all the orders while the others were just chatting and laughing without taking care of us. One young girl, not wearing glasses, asked if I had ordered. I said yes, some time ago, and my order was still pending. She replied, “Just asking,” then grabbed my order and slammed it down hard on the counter before quickly running to the back where I couldn’t see her. The staff was very rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I will never go back.

There were six cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and it took 41 minutes to receive my order. I wasted $20 worth of gas just waiting here. This establishment really needs to be shut down.
