The fish tacos were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. My only issue was the noise level; it was quite loud. Next time, we'll opt to sit outside.

The Chicken Rice Queso here is incredibly delicious! Tonight, I enjoyed it alongside the best Godiva White Chocolate and Kahlua Bread Pudding I've ever tasted, making for a wonderful takeout meal. The service was excellent, my order was ready as soon as I arrived, and the food was fantastic. I will definitely return for a dine-in experience!

Everything I've tasted here has been remarkable, and the customer service is consistently top-notch. They recently catered my son's rehearsal dinner, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was. Barry is a pleasure to work with—he truly exceeded all expectations. This place is a hidden gem in Jackson!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! As a chef, I always check reviews for local eateries when I'm traveling, seeking something unique and surprising. I found it HERE! I ordered the shrimp and crawfish chimichanga, served with charro beans and poblano rice, and it was flawlessly prepared. The presentation and temperature of the food were perfect. Hats off to the chef and the vision behind this concept. The waitress was amazing as well! I was really eager to try the smoked duck tacos, but I just didn't have any room left, haha. I will definitely be back, and that will be my next culinary adventure at Coyote Blues! #cajunmexican
