I often request extra soy and duck sauce with my order, and it has never been a problem in the past. However, the woman behind the counter, who typically takes my order, reacted negatively when I politely asked for more sauce. She said, "I already gave you 5!" I should note that was 5 packets total, not 5 of each, and I had a lot of rice that needed sauce. I responded, "Okay, but can I have some more?" I was even willing to pay if necessary. Then, she came out from the back, handed me 1 soy sauce and 1 duck sauce, and abruptly said, "HERE!" before slamming the door in my face. Her rude behavior was uncalled for, especially in front of other customers. There are many Chinese restaurants to choose from, so I won’t be returning to this one.

The bottom half of the container had no shrimp in it, and I only received one egg roll. The attendant mentioned that he combined two egg rolls into one. ????
