Located within a hospital, this Chick-fil-A offers tasty food and friendly staff when available, but inconsistent hours often disrupt service. Compared to other local outlets, both food quality and customer experience lag behind. Patrons frequently face poor service, including being overlooked in line, and the lack of online ordering or rewards integration frustrates busy hospital workers pressed for time. Additionally, the dining area is often unclean and uninspiring. While the menu remains enjoyable, operational issues and customer service shortcomings significantly impact the overall experience at this location.
The food is okay, but it doesn't compare to the other two Jackson locations. The customer service at this JMCGH location leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, I’ve noticed the staff serving customers behind me in line while completely overlooking me. Honestly, I believe a 1-star rating is quite generous.
Overall decent restaurant. Could be staffed a bit better as first hour of business is hectic for 1 cashier. Staff was nothing but pleasant. Maybe staffing has changed since other reviewers came.
I've had Chick-fil-A in many states sadly this shop was not up to par with the worst of worst. We wound up throwing out food to local birds at the hospital during our visit. At least the staff was friendly but the wait was also extreme not even during a busy time. Won't be back. ?
Food is decent, but nowhere near competing with the other 2 Jackson locations. Customer service at this location in JMCGH is rather depressing. The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful ofoccasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal.
They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line,as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reasonfor that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with thisChick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. There is also a below average dining area that is rarely clean either.
