They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line, as well as earn points. Mazelle had great customer service. She was so very patient and had a great attitude. This is how customers should be treated.
Food is decent, but nowhere near competing with the other 2 Jackson locations.Customer service at this location in JMCGH is rather depressing. The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful of occasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal.

I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with this Chick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. There is also a below average dining area that is rarely clean either.
