We wound up throwing out food to local birds at the hospital during our visit. At least the staff was friendly but the wait was also extreme not even during a busy time. Won't be back. ?

The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful ofoccasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal.

They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital work... read more They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line,as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reasonfor that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with thisChick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. There is also a below average dining area that is rarely clean either.
