Typically I like Casey's and their pizza is one of the best but this time I was a little put off as my pizza sat on the counter while the phone rang off the hoo... read more Typically I like Casey's and their pizza is one of the best but this time I was a little put off as my pizza sat on the counter while the phone rang off the hook I stood there waiting. It hadn't made it into the pizza box yet. I stood there a good 5 minutes not sure how long my pizza had been sitting there. But I watched flies land on it multiple times. Kinda grossed me out. I'd say if you're taking a pizza out of the oven at least cut it and put it in the box before answering the phone. The person on the line will still be there a minute later.

When we asked if more food was being prepared, we were told it wouldn’t be ready anytime soon. We ordered two large fountain sodas, a slice of pizza, and a turkey sandwich, and the total came to over $12. The prices are quite high, and the staff in the food area were rather rude.

However, when one of the staff members came over... read more Terrible customer service. We asked the manager at 9:45am if we could order lunch sandwiches, and she said yes. However, when one of the staff members came over to start making our sandwiches, she didn’t even look at us and seemed upset about being asked to make them. Then, another male employee appeared out of nowhere and asked how many sandwiches we wanted. When I said three, he replied that they don’t start making sandwiches until 11am. This left us very disappointed. Despite the manager’s approval, our sandwiches were never made. I do not recommend ordering from here.
