I visited this restaurant on January 25th, 2023 at around 10:30 am. I was the only person in the drive-thru. Despite waiting multiple times at the speaker to place my order, I patiently waited as I could hear employees joking around in the back. When I finally received my food, the employee apologized for forgetting about me. I checked my food when I got home, only to find a large plastic strand in it that almost caused me to choke. I was very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail at this establishment. It is concerning that if a child had received that burger, it could have been a serious hazard. I urge the employees to take their jobs more seriously, as neglecting food safety protocols can have serious consequences.
I had a good experience here, fast service, and the food was good as expected. It helped that I ordered at the counter on a Wednesday night at about 8 PM when there was no one else around, so had the entire place to ourselves! Restroom was fresh and clean. This Burger King location is mega-close to Interstate 94, and I like the convenience. Will be back.
I ordered two Coke freezes, but they were delivered almost half-full. Additionally, the mozzarella sticks were cold, as were the chicken fries my friend ordered. The food I received was burnt. Burger King seems to struggle with cooking their food properly and filling up drinks adequately. If I order a large drink, I expect to receive a full cup, not just a medium cup in a large size. I am paying for a large drink, not a medium.
No point in having a lobby of the doors are always locked. There’s no reason I should wait 30 minutes in line.
