Amanda assisted me at the drive-thru, and she was a breath of fresh air compared... read more I had a fantastic experience at Biggby Coffee on Springport Rd in Jackson, MI. Amanda assisted me at the drive-thru, and she was a breath of fresh air compared to some other fast food employees who often struggle to smile. She was a wonderful conversationalist and was clearly multitasking while still providing personal attention to each customer. The Maple Waffle Sandwich and Marshmallow Hot Chocolate were simply amazing!
