The store is conveniently located just across the street from the Wort Hotel.

However, I had to change the pickup time to 3:55... read more I placed an order for two cakes in the morning, expecting them to be ready by 1 PM as indicated on the website. However, I had to change the pickup time to 3:55 PM. When my friend went to collect the cakes at 4:20 PM, she was told that there were no cakes available. I called and spoke to a woman named Gozde, who stated that they hadn't checked the morning orders. She then canceled my order and assured me that I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 days. Her tone was very rude, and her apology felt insincere, as if she was completely uninterested. It was disappointing to experience such unprofessionalism and a lack of care for customer satisfaction.

Their pastries are wonderfully flaky and tasty. Make sure to take some bonbons to go as well—the chocolate is of the highest quality.
