Contribute FeedbackAt this Jackson-based restaurant and chocolate shop, the experience can be a hit-or-miss affair. While the menu boasts delightful offerings like smoked salmon crepes and exquisite pistachio cakes, the service has drawn mixed reviews. Patrons appreciate the quality of the desserts, especially the beautiful strawberry cake and top-notch bonbons, yet experiences with staff can vary, with some reporting rudeness and disorganization. Despite these service hurdles, the establishment's dedication to quality ingredients and craftsmanship keeps guests hopeful for a return visit, creating a tantalizing blend of culinary passion amidst the occasional service hiccup.
Incredible high-quality treats that will never disappoint you.
I placed an order for two cakes in the morning with the expectation that they would be ready by 1pm, as stated on the website. However, I had to reschedule the pick-up time to 3:55pm. When my friend attempted to collect the cakes at 4:20pm, she was informed that there were no cakes available. I tried calling and spoke to a woman named Gozde, who mentioned that they hadn't checked orders in the morning. She proceeded to cancel my order and assured me that I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 days. Her tone and attitude were extremely rude, and her apology felt insincere, as if she couldn't be bothered. It was disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and business retention.
This Mexican chocolate shop is the real deal. The staff is caring and accommodating. They make coffee to order and their pastries are flaky and delicious. Don't forget to grab some bonbons to go - the chocolate is top quality.
I'd like to give it a 4.5. The food was extremely tasty. The ambience and service were strange to rough. I'd give them a break because this is their backend location, but the only spot where you can get the delightful crepes. Orders: Smoked salmon crepe.Very sad it came out to our table in a to-go box for no apparent reason. The server looked like she was moments from a breakdown. The crepe did not look good. But it and the side salad were remarkable. A delight to eat. The salad was a little toocostco-spinachy. But the walnut-olive combo created warm feelings within me. The tiny potatoes in the smoked salmon crepethrilled me. Pistachio cake. It deserved to win best dessert of 2015. A multi-chapter journey through pistachios, cake, andblack currants. Topped with delectable white chocolate shavings. Tiny chocolate for $2.50. Delightful!
Very rude and hating staff and owners. I asked for a command and was told no! the owner didn't want to cook at that time. I do not recommend this place and I will never do business there.
