Mouthwater sushi safe. I'd go back there every day. Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every last piece of it (although not really because I was full at the end and fought to finish it, but this is next to the point). I don't know how fresh they were, but they sure tasted fresh. Customer service should not complain or supplement. Everything was pretty clean. Definitely a MUST GO place for sushi lovers. Mouthwatering sushi experience that I would happily return to every day! It was absolutely delicious, and I savored every last bite (even though I was quite full by the end and had to push myself to finish— but that’s beside the point). I can’t say for certain how fresh the fish was, but it certainly tasted fresh. The customer service was commendable, and I have no complaints. The place was also very clean. Overall, it’s definitely a MUST-GO destination for sushi lovers!
I've been visiting this restaurant for a while now, and I'm consistently impressed. The sushi is always fresh; I’ve never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, making it easy to enjoy a conversation. Today, I ordered the Tri-Color Sushi (salmon, tuna, yellowtail) and the must-try yakitori appetizer (chicken), along with miso soup and salad. The prices are reasonable, and the delivery is quick. Two weeks later, I tried the seafood teriyaki, which came with miso soup and shumai. Today, I ordered white tuna with avocado, a Boston roll, salmon with avocado, chicken yakitori, and seafood soup. Everything was delicious!
I've been visiting Tomo for 10 years now, and I have to say that the quality for the price is excellent. As a Japanese person, I'm quite particular about Japanese cuisine, and I truly enjoy what Tomo has to offer. It's a fantastic place! I just wish I could dive into more of their dishes.
One of the best local sushi spots in Jackson Heights. Good lunch and excellent sushi. Wide selection of Saki to choose from. many classic rolls and house rolls. Good amount of non-sushi items for those who do not like fish, such as Teriyaki or chicken catsu. Dessert was a bit boring, but it wasn't bad. -Not cheap (good sushi is never), but also not awfully expensive!
Great food reasonable price. I love the special 3 rolls for $10. They also have speciality rolls and sashimi.
