Every time I come here, the experience is consistently disappointing. It's hard to understand how a business can operate like this. It’s clear that your employees are unhappy, and their negative attitude ends up affecting the way customers are treated.

However, I started to wonder if that was their only focus. When I reached the window, the woman handing out the orders was clearly flustered, and there was a rude man behind her staring me down. When I received my order, it was completely wrong, even after confirming it with the cashier. It was a terrible experience at Dunkin, but what can you expect on a military base?
