Red Robin - Broadmoor

I was very disappointed by this red robin. the lights in the bar were dirty. the waitress suggested that we could get a burger in a small size and we ordered two small of the same burger. they should have suggested that we order a regular burger and cut in half because we paid for two regular burgers with a whole dollar discount and our smaller version burger was much less worth that just a dollar out. ridiculous and makes me angry that rr takes care of more about the almighty dollar than helpful service to make sure that I will come back further.

We love red robin. this takes open table reservations, it has coke zero and a pokestop. the people are nice and it is one of our places when we are at the southern end of the city. my loyalty card of red robin is tied to my school that gets a percentage of what I eat (and they showed me the scare they get!) the buy 9 and get 1 free, plus the email specialties of bogo burger, the many salad options, and healthy choices make red robin and awesome and affordable place to eat!

We love Red Robin. This one takes Open Table reservations, it has Coke Zero, and a Pokestop. The people are nice and it's one of our go-to places when we're on the south end of town. Ridiculous and makes me angry that RR cares more about the almighty dollar than providing helpful service to make sure I continue coming back.

My only complaint--made a reservation via Open Table. When we arrived they said they had been logged out of Open Table and didn 't see reservation, but would seat us immediately next. After they proceeded to seat another 5-6 tables with the same party size as us, I went up to hostess stand to see how much longer it would be. She said "Oops--I forgot allllll about you. Then ran to clear us a table and seat us next. We were on a time constraint to attend a hockey game right after dinner--so this was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, outstanding service and wonderful food!!
