They really enjoy the mild hand-dipped chicken strips, especially with the shrimp lunch option, and the customer service is excellent. I would give them 5 stars if they offered greens or some other actual vegetables, had parking available in front, and provided affordable specialties on chicken dishes during weekday lunches. Their prices are as high as some premium items, but unfortunately, the quality doesn't match... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
This is the worst place to place an order. First, they take your order and then, after waiting 20 minutes, they lie and say it’s still being cooked. The manager is terrible; they can’t do anything besides say “I’m sorry.” I will not be returning to this restaurant! The service is poor, and the employees are not well-trained. View all feedback.
I went the popeyes to the country and the hunch was salzig. after the payment 18.00 was not happy at all
Date: 04/06/2022 Time: 07:55PM Location: 2168 I ordered my meal online to skip incorrect item issues. Paid ahead of time. Drove 2.7 miles to location. Gave my name at the voice ordering box. Was asked to pull up. Only a car was in front of me. The car in front of me was asked to pull up after food receivable window with no food. The lady at the window tried giving me some one else 's food. I told her that was not mine and that I ordered and paid online already. She asked me to pull up forward and they would bring it out to me. I did. The clock was 07:55PM. The car in front of me received their food. They drove off. The lady from the window came to my car to tell me to move forward again. I asked Her if everything was OK with my order and also why was it taking so long? I was hoping to just cancel the order all together. By this time it was 08:16PM. She then yelled at me and said ma 'am, we have a lot of orders and are short handed. By then the 6th car behind me drove around me after reviving their food (photo of that car is attached). I told her that I have now had six cars get their food that have ordered behind me. She walked away without saying anything to me. I then had another lady come to my window and asked if I had a DoorDash order. I told her I don 't work for DoorDash but I was waiting on my online order. Said said same thing and handed me my correct order. It was 08:21PM by the time I got my food. It was correct and hot (thankfully). I understand these ladies are overwhelmed, however, this type of treatment is unfair to us customers. I 'm not a child to be yelled at for food already paid for. I will be contacting the corporate office to elaborate on this issue. I have been in management for more than 14 years and understand the frustrations that do come with the position. Treating ppl this way for falling behind was degrading to me. I don 't want a gift card email from Popeyes. I want people to know this location has some major issues. I have been going to this location for more than seven years. The continuous long lines and window issues are ongoing and I feel that it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Keeping receipt for private records.
Louisiana chicken I love it ..3 pieces for 8 dollar incluid drink beans and rice..very cheap
Food was good, hot, everything tasted fine. Parking sucks bad. Idiots parallel parking in the thru lane regularly blocks 100% access to only parking lot in rear. Food served was not the correct food. Tasted good, but still wrong. No time to complain, ate anyways. Watched girls running counter deny different sized drinks to paying customers. Just dumb staff. Maybe it would help if I ordered in Spanish. Figures for low pay jobs.
Don 't go here to this location the manger Sandra I think that was her name) is rude and nasty attitude. I was rushed through when I was ordering and when I pulled up they asked to park on the front when there was no one in the lobby or the drive thru. I finally got my food and it was cold. Spoke with the manager and it was like talking to a child that can 't comprehend.
