I am not a vegetarian but am always hungry for vegetables when I travel. Also, the couple who own this restaurant (and are the cook server) have a “taster’s menu” which is brilliant for people unsure of what “Iranian/Spanish fusion” is. The first course of the non vegetarian menu was small portions of 3 dishes delectable meatball surprise, delicious potato salad, and a nutritious concoction with lentils and chickpeas. I won’t describe more about the food but want to add that the owners were kind and responsive and explained all their offerings with obvious pride and care. If I get back to Jaca, this will be the first place I look for.

During Covid, we have traveled extensively and eaten at amazing places in many different and diverse countries. It is something special to come into a small town like Jaca, and have a meal like this one. The service was excellent, the food was spiced and flavored perfectly (for our tastes), everything good… We cannot recommend this place enough…A+
