Its strength is fresh Spanish prod... read more We ate here twice on a recent visit to Jaca. It stood out as different from the fairly predictable food in other restaurants. Its strength is fresh Spanish produce with Middle Eastern flavours. The personnel are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere welcoming. There are plenty of vegetarian options, with vegan and non-gluten also available. We enjoyed the vegetarian degustation menu, (there's also a meat based one) and a la carte fish and meat dishes. All delicious flavours and home-cooked at the moment; all very good value. We'd be happy to return.

A vegetarian Taster 's Menu is also available, but since I eat chicken, I ordered the regular Taster 's menu, which included one dish with beef which I gave to my dining companion. I loved the flavors of all the dishes! Portions were generous so a bit too much food for me, but, again, so good! I 've found that it is hard to find vegetable dishes while on the Camino de Santiago, but here we have both vegetables and very good flavor! By the way my favorite things are wine and coffee, both of which were included in this wonderful meal. I would recommend to anyone with a body to nourish, taste buds to please, and time to enjoy.

Great, friendly and caring staff. Gluten-Free bread was available. I can definitely recommend the menus, everything was delicious. We will definitely come again on our trips. Thank you!
