Quelite - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Quelite:
This restaurant has changed owners several times over the past few years. Last year under a different name, it had the best tortilla soup we have ever tasted. This year, the tortilla soup was totally different. It was good but not as good as last year. What User likes about Quelite:
Good flavor and huge portions. Extremely good service. The manager (I do not know if it was the owner) was very alert of the guests. I am mexican and I do not like the decoration (seeming an old mexican bar -cantina- with huge mexican hats and a virgin of guadalupe) but it was very succesful with the guests on another table who where obviously foreigners.
