By far the worst Dürum I have eaten. There was no filling, so to speak. Very, very, very little meat and a bit of salad. I will continue to order from Alpen Restaurant in Ostermundigen or from Aspendos in Zollikofen. So, I'm going to cook something now, I'm still hungry. To answer: We don't have whole beef, I can only say that I would have been happy with 1/1000. I don't work in a kebab shop, I only mention the kebab shops where you can actually get something to eat. I really think it's a shame what kind of answers you give. But at the end of the day it's your business, I don't care if you don't want to improve.

But there is still room for improvement because basic sauces not only contain cream but also specific ingredients depending on the pasta. E.g. orange juice. Some sauces are too thin. The pasta is always hot. That is well and good al dente. It's best to make the Gorgonzola gnocchi...You should skip the pizza and kebab or go back to the books.Pizza needs fresh tomato sauce and not so much crust.The ingredients have to be of higher quality.Otherwise I like the snack a lot.....but As I said...I would turn it into a pasta restaurant and refine the sauces.

I placed an order for delivery today, January 3rd, 2021, after 1.5 hours I called and then the good gentleman told me to pick up my pizza myself in 15 minutes even though I ordered the pizza etc. to be delivered. They don't have any Time.... I had to wait 1.5 hours for this saying even though delivery was the agreement. I am very disappointed and will not place another order at Pizzeria Bernese...
