On a lighter note hotels employing people from north states and who speaks Hindi is okay , but expecting customer to talk in Hindi is just bad. It is a property in Nilgiris Tamil Nadu . People from south India also visit this place . It is just for North Indians. At least trying to keep conversation in English would be better if not in local language.
