I do not recommend this place avoid especially if you are on budgeted time the owner is the bartender and is slow, rude, and possibly racist they intentionally did not wait on my friend because of his physical appearance even though there was only 3 ofus And when it was time to order drinks he took 2 of our orders and then walked away and we had to say Hey you didn't take hisdrink order he turned red with an angry look and then when it came time to order meals same routine and then he was staring hardand giving dirty looks the whole time!
I'm not sure about this place. We stopped in to see if my mother-in-law would feel comfortable here for an upcoming birthday dinner. So we only ordered one sandwich and a side to split. The good: quick service, decent prices, decent tasting sandwich,and respect for making real onion rings. The bad: The decor specifically the floor looked terrible with big black stains,Walking back to use the restroom you can see the dirty kitchen (get a door) No appetizers (sides only). We had five onion ringson the plate. I might be back but we won't bring the mother-in-law until they get some things cleaned up and figured out.
We just came across this gold mind looking for a beer. We ended up ordering brisket and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, ribs and fries, and brisket sandwich and fries. The most amazing food. Our new favorite restaurant. The bartender was so friendly. Igive this place a 15 out of ten.
Advertised to be open until 8PM.... Tonight I was just a random person driving by at 7:40 pm..... I saw three ladies walking up, they were parked on the corner, before I realized it a little petite lady rushed out and grabbed the open flag and raced backinto the restaurant.... Ok no biggie until I saw the three women walk up to the door that suddenly locked on them!!!! WOW!!!! Ofcourse they didn 't answer the phone so I could tell them I saw what they pulled..... ??????????? Don 't worry random women, THEFOOD ISN 'T EVEN THAT GOOD ANYWAYS!!! ????

Bones is always EXCELLENT!!!! We have been here many times and every time the food has been delicious! They have great burgers, onion rings, mashed potatoes, potato salad, corn bread, and all of the smoked meats are juicy and so good! The portions are large and we always have leftovers to take home for another meal and prices are very reasonable! Tracy is a fantastic server, she is super friendly and a very hard worker! We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Ithaca! We highly recommend!
Exceptional. If you're in the area and don't know what to pick, this is it. If you're not in the area and want the most tender poro/brisket you've ever had, come give them a try. I was blown away by the level of hidden gem they are. Their prices are very affordable when you dine-in. And the portions are rather big as well. They even let me add grenadine to my Sprite. This is one of the top restaurants in the area. They offer delicious food and have a lovely bar area featuring a pool table and a shuffleboard.

Bones is consistently outstanding! We've visited numerous times, and the food is always delicious. Their burgers, onion rings, mashed potatoes, potato salad, cornbread, and all the smoked meats are juicy and flavorful! The portions are generous, and we often have leftovers to take home for another meal, all at very reasonable prices. Tracy, our server, is fantastic—friendly and hardworking! We're truly fortunate to have this restaurant in Ithaca. We highly recommend it!
After reading the reviews I'm not sure if I came in on an off day or something because the food was absolutely horrible, I've never had bbq that I didn't finish but this was so dry and over cooked the brisket was like eating pieces of wood. On a positive note the waitress was very nice but service was quite slow, especially for how few of people were in there.
Great restaurant, not southern BBQ, but it's damn good.Would love to see a wider range of sides, and addition of appetizers. There's just some BBQ classics missing from the menu.
