A cloudy day and col... read more TERRIBLE customer service and sensitivity. My husband, I and our baby arrived to have lunch there. We gave our name to the guy at the door. A cloudy day and cold wind. The boy left more than 3 families who arrived after we entered. There was not the MINIMUM of sensitivity, and notion of PRIORITY, as I am an infant and have a baby. It started to rain and this citizen didn't have the sensitivity to welcome us inside the restaurant, seeing that it was cloudy, windy and RAINING. The restaurant, instead of opening the second floor, prefers to leave a lot of customers outside waiting, there was even a lady on crutches waiting. Zero respect and sensitivity take priority. Especially for those with small babies. Terrible. If the excuse is that we were 2 people 1 baby and they let other families with more people pass because the tables that were being freed up were bigger, know that my husband and I spent for more than 4 people. And even if we asked for the proportion for 2 people, they should have welcomed us ahead of those close to us because we had a small baby. Terrible.
