We know a lot of the restaurants in tha area, and we were pleasantly surprise... read more We visit very often the Gressoney area, as it is just below the mighty Monte Rosa. We know a lot of the restaurants in tha area, and we were pleasantly surprised by the Ristorante Posta. We had lunch there, we found it casually while returning home. First of all, the owner is very welcoming, as well as the waitresses, who cannot do enough to help you. The menu is really interesting: we started with the Flan and the Sformato, which are kind of small cakes prepared with cheese, and they were both very good and tasty. Then we had 2 kinds of pastas: the Tagliolini al Bleu d'Aoste (special blu cheese from Aosta) and the Plin (with Fontina cheese), both plates were outstanding. The quality/price ratio of this place is one of a kind as we paid 40 euros for all this, with water and coffee... A real gem!!! We cannot wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!
