Unfortunately our visit was not very nice. the caffe is nice in the pedestrian zone and the prices are ok. the floor was quite dirty and the toilets lacked in one of two cabins the door pawl. the washbasin mirror stood on the floor, the soap was empty and there was nothing to dry the hands. the waiter made from two ice cups of 5,90€ directly 12€. I don't think that's correct.
For the ice I could have already given 3 - 4 points, it tasted average, but not very good. the other ice creams in erding are better around worlds. was only due to a gifted goodwill with my wife and 3 children there. I wanted to redeem this voucher from 2015, the service told me that it was no longer valid. because I insisted on the receipt of the voucher, the managing director came. this torn before my eyes the good with the words that the owner has changed and therefore the goodwill is invalid. After I told the owner that he will never see us here again, he told me that he doesn't care about it. He's not so stupid to give me the good-notch-- he has nothing about it. I'm not talking about not accepting the voucher. have understood that the owner has changed and he can no longer accept the voucher. but the art and wise was really naughty. if I had been the owner, I would have accepted the credit card anyway or would have come up with the half of the credit card.

I'm fine. too. location very good. seating inside and above all outside not so great. the next time again just take a ice to take.
I simply wonder at such an operation what place the customer still has in this ice cream. you were treated like the last one. have ordered bananensplit with stracciatella eis. after the delivery of the eise I was wondering about the lack of stracciatella, whereupon it was taken again. a few seconds later the service came back and has thrown it unfriendly again on the table. I was asked if I knew how to taste stracciatella eis at all. the ice had no chocolate pieces. on the question where these are located, I got the answer that in two balls there is a piece of chocolate. Moreover, the banan pieces were already distected at some places.
