When I complained about the too high fee, he could at most apologize, but refused. .

I recommend this place for all the locations: business, for a beautiful coffee break with family and friends.

German classics like "toast hawaii" can be found on the map but also highly recommended burger. the service is very friendly and white after a few visit also the preferred drink. the publikum is mixed, from typical traditional to youthful to business travelers.

I was there with my workmates(17 with previous reservation). Most of us ordered a burger and were served cold. ln addition the meat was dry and overcooked. The waitress forgot several orders and served us at different times, for this reason we spend 2h 30 minutes of our time to eat. While we were waiting so long... We thought: Maybe the service is bad but the food would be good... Never happen, the quality of the food was terrible. We went there with the intention to try the food and who knows in the future hire the catering services but now we have a new name to define the bad food Ricks food .

The place wasn't nearly full, but they still didn't manage to serve anyone in a timely manner. One of our group has a bad allergy, but they could not find the special allergy menu (despite it being advertised). This is not only annoying, but dangerous. No English menu was made available despite the restaurant advertising themselves as bilingual. The waiting staff also barely spoke English. When the food arrived after a ridiculous waiting time, they managed to get almost every single order wrong. They also completely forgot about one of our group. Half of the dishes were cold or luke-warm on arrival. Never go here.

The place is also convenient for a lunch on a sunny day, as they have tables outside. The menu is good, suits also to vegetarian. I recommend this place for any occasions: business lunch, for a nice coffee break with family and friends.

Waiter took the order, charged separately the burger and fries i.e not the midday menu. When i complained about the overcharge, the most he could so is apologize but refused to correct the invoicing. I could not be bothered to fight over the couple eurs overcharged but for sure , this was deliberate as i SPECIFICALLY ordered the midday menu. Oh yeah, he did the same with a colleague. Burger was decent, don't have too much to say about that. One untrained waiter is not reason to pass up a decent burger, but i would be wary of the charges.

Rick, offers a nice selection of various cakes see my pictures with good coffee and friendly service.. We were pleased and will return.
