the personal was very accommodating when I asked for a certain mocktail that they usually do not offer (they have alcohol-free beer etc.) they had no problem whipping it for me, which is really sweet when I drove and just wanted a sweet cocktail instead of coca cola the whole night. I wish I hadn't eaten before I went out because eating looked good, will definitely return to try the food. in all had a great night, th... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Lexington:
The guy with the “crazy shirt” was a credit to this place. Friendly, accommodating, smiling and always happy to help. Food was overpriced for what it was; hummus and bloomer was dry, loaded fries were okay. Burger doesn’t come with chips/fries, so expect to pay £14+ for burger fries. Good atmosphere; would return for drinks but based on this experience wouldn’t return for food. View all feedback.
I love The Lexington in London. The music and atmosphere are always fantastic. The vintage decor gives the venue so much character. Highly recommend it!
The Lexington in Pentonville is a renowned restaurant in London that serves traditional British cuisine. With a history of hosting events and gigs for famous bands like Yeasayer and Black Mountain, it has gained a strong reputation. When I mentioned to my friends that I was going to try the food at The Lexington, they were surprised. "Food? At The Lexington?" they asked. But indeed, that was my plan for a Friday night.
Large pub between kings cross and Angel downstairs is quite vintage decor (chandeliers) and gets v busy on a sat! Drinks are reasonably priced. Upstairs turns into a club night and is a bit smaller with a stage good music though.
Excellent spot for drinks as well as a night out! Pub downstairs has got a great feel to it. Music is really cool, decor vintage and the atmosphere is brilliant. Most people dance and chat to each other and you are bound to have a decent time. Upstairs offers a dancing floor and is bit more like a club(although it can't match the atmosphere downstairs). Open till late with no fees for entry. No brainer if you are around!
I recently attended a performance by the talented and underappreciated musician Jessica Winter at this lovely venue. The space is intimate and not overly large, with reasonable drink prices and restroom facilities on both floors. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who enjoys live music gigs!
