We had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it there... read more I recently visited Love Pizza in Highbury Barn for a casual dinner with my partner. We had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it there one evening after work. Upon arrival, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the hostess rudely asked if we had a reservation. We did not, but she begrudgingly seated us at a small table between two reserved tables. Despite the questionable service, the pizza was delicious and we enjoyed a few cold beers. We will definitely be back for the food, but hopefully with better hospitality next time.

It is a favorite spot for parents who gather with their children. The pizzas are delicious and affordable, especially for the Islington area. There are a variety of toppings to choose from, and all pizzas can be made in a Calzone style for a fun twist. Be sure to try the pizza Bianca when you visit.
