cool little coffee shop. not annoying, quirky/old furniture, cooled music (I think), and reasonable prices. a beautiful place to get away from the hectic of the nearby kings. View all feedback.

What Bluebellplasnewydd dislikes about Pattern:
The Caledonian Road (and Kings Cross) are coming up in the world certainly if judged by the number of coffee shops opening. This one is pleasant enough with the usual eclectic mix of furniture and seemingly falling apart decor. They serve the usual coffees although the portions are slightly on the small side. I stopped by for a soya latte and was impressed by the delicious coffee and the beautiful art on the walls. Highly recommend!

This is a small and friendly coffee shop just North of Kings Cross. My flat white was very nice quality and well made if a little bit hot. At £2.60 it was rather expensive and the cakes look nice but not made on the premises.

It was a summer day, and due to an impending Tube strike, I had arrived at Kings Cross station hours ahead of my scheduled train. I was looking for a place to hang out, and to forget about the plasticised busyness and commercial chains of London life. After wandering for a little while, I came across Pattern Coffee, and it fitted the bill perfectly. The place was clearly popular and had decent Wifi I counted no fewer than five folk pecking away at their Mactops and pleasantly quirky; the seats ranged from wooden window benches to old cinema chairs, the sign for the toilet was upside down, and a collection of cassette tapes lurked in a high corner. The music was summery reggaefied, and the cappuccino looked beautiful. Prices were no higher than cafes outside London or train station food courts I had a cappuccino and two bottles of soft drink and was charged £6.80. And it's less than half a mile east from Kings Cross station.

This one is pleasant enough with the usual eclectic mix of furniture and seemingly falling apart decor. They serve the usual coffees although the portions are slightly on the small side. There are also breakfasts and various upmarket sandwiches available as well as arm chairs for resting. I could not find any newspapers apart from a local advertising freebie so there is nothing to keep you there apart from the refreshments. The sole barista was rather harassed at lunchtime leading to a delay in being able to pay. This cafe is a safe choice and interesting but nothing really remarkable about it.

This coffee shop at King's Cross is one of my favorites. It's a great spot to work, take care of daily tasks, read, or simply savor a delicious cup of coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere has a laid-back and artistic vibe. They serve a range of freshly squeezed juices, Moroccan tea, and tasty toasts (like avocado toast). I highly recommend it!

Nestled just a short stroll from Kings Cross, this charming coffee shop offers a cozy refuge from the busyness of the city. With its eclectic decor and laid-back atmosphere, it's ideal for casual coffee drinkers seeking a peaceful moment. While the menu features a selection of coffees and simple pastries, some patrons noted that portions are modest and the coffee quality varies. The friendly barista and creative ambiance enhance the experience, making it a worthwhile stop for those exploring the area. Whether you’re after a quick caffeine fix or a quiet chat, this inviting spot impresses without being overly remarkable.

Great eating and tee! more relaxed and quiet place to talk or even read and learn. free wlan and cans! small interieur, so it can be hard to find a place at a busy weekend. many vegetarian options!

I loved this place. it is small and cozy in the inner but on a Sunday morning it was quiet and not busy. the coffee was amazing and was quickly served and the quesidilla we ordered was surprisingly delicious all fresh.

House of morocco is one of my favorite places in london! they love the coffee and eat (especially their falafel packaging- so good! . the staff is super nice and always positiw and smiling. if they like nice, cozy and friendly spots, I recommend these!

Amazing food/coffee freshly made and authentic. Service was fantastic, Sunny is a great bloke, takes immense care and very helpful. Setting is really relaxing. Moroccan tea super and falafel best I've had in UK. Highly recommend!
