Burger was raw NOT medium. When I asked the 16 year old tall ratty kid with the want to be goatee behind the counter if it looked medium to him he said don 't come at me . Snowflake woke individual got his feelings hurt from me asking a question. If asking a question is considered coming at somone maybe the manager needs to teach these lads about customer service. The manager didnt give me any attitude but i won 't ever come back again. Too bad too because ive been coming here for over 10 years. This was the store on Yale Blvd.

Dirty, dirty,dirty. I won't say I will never eat at this chain, just not at this location.

Food has been continually good throughout the years. I had not had the opportunity to go for some time, and was happy that the quality had not changed.

Avocado Crunch berger and chili cheese fries were awesome! The staff was quick and efficient.

Fries still raw when you bite them. Stepped to the condiment station to get ketchup turned around and the table was bussed and cleared . My food was still not eaten . I was offered a cookie for the inconvenience. Just a cookie . Which is stupid because my meal comes with a cookie .
