Charles was the absolute best server today! He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable with menu items and gave excellent recommendations on food choices. Wish there was a BJ’s in Kansas City! When we visit again, we will be back again! Thank you for an excellent experience ?

My partner and I were in charge of putting together a banquet for 36 people in less than 10 days. And we had to pre-pay for our meals as we are part of a university student organization. Organizing this with BJ's was straightforward and hassle free! They were very enthusiastic to host us even thought it was a Friday evening.All of the food came out very quickly and the service was incredible! Since we pre-paid our meals, several people forgot what they ordered and the servers did not know who to give the food to. The servers remained patient and very kind during this process. The servers were incredibly understanding and friendly with everything and did an amazing job with accommodating for all 36 of us!There was a small hiccup with the appetizers and they came out after entrees due to the staff not realizing that we also had ordered and pre-paid for appetizers. They fixed this issue and brought out the appetizers immediately.Overall, we all had a great experience at this location. If you're looking for a place in town that can host a big group and do well with it, BJ's is your go-to spot!

We went with a larger party for a special occasion and it was completely ruined. I know we didn’t do a reservation but made a call ahead 6 hours before hand, still had to wait over 50 min. Our waitress was very kind and the drinks were always refilled. We ordered right away and it took over 45 min for our food, and my boyfriends prime rib sandwich was ice cold and soggy.. the Aus Jus was cold and you would think that would at least be hot. Everyone’s food was luke warm or cold, and almost inedible. When we brought our concerns to the waitress, the manager only offered free dessert. They did end up taking my boys sandwich off. And now that we are home everyone doesn’t feel good. My roommate threw up and my other friend is nauseous. What was supposed to be an amazing night of celebration was completely ruined.
