Monsoon - Isle of Wight

The food is awful and the service is terrible. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and this experience was the worst so far.

Tried to order for delivery...very rude staff. Claim to deliver within 3 mile radius but totally obnoxious on phone and not interested on our £35 order.

Not good standard meat was dry,the side of onion to go with chutneys and yoghurt was poorly presented,big chunks of roughly chopped onion in a plastic bag,fajita dips really watery, felt carelessly prepared and presented.When I complained I was told what could be offered to me was it would be better next time ?? I was accused of being racist which is highly offensive to me, I was horrified

Ordered a chicken korma for my partner and a vegetable bhuna for myself and we weren't disappointed. My partner did say his chicken was a little bit cool but my veg bhuna was spot on, hot in temperature and nice and spicy in taste. I also ordered 2 poppadoms but were given extra and also extra sauces, which was nice. I picked our order up and they were so friendly and I will definitely be going back again.

I have been to Monsoon a few times and always had a good experience, until recently. I called to place a delivery order and the person I spoke to was rude. Additionally, the kitchen was no longer able to accommodate my allergies. I felt unwelcome and as though my business was not valued.
