I have been to Monsoon a few times and always had a good experience, until recently. I called to place a delivery order and the person I spoke to was rude. Additionally, the kitchen was no longer able to accommodate my allergies. I felt unwelcome and as though my business was not valued. View all feedback.

The food is awful and the service is terrible. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and this experience was the worst so far.
Poor quality staff aside of the delivery driver, highly overpriced for small portions, chicken in the jalfreizi heavily salted, suspect it's old. Ordered a keema naan got a coriander naan. Poor basically
Tried to order for delivery...very rude staff. Claim to deliver within 3 mile radius but totally obnoxious on phone and not interested on our £35 order.
Incredibly rude staff, no reason to give business to a restaurant that doesn’t respect customers. Also hires illegal immigrants for work, factual information.
