The service at this restaurant is friendly and the food is fantastic. Valerie is familiar with all the regular customers, which is a good indicator of the restaurant's popularity. Located about a 25-minute picturesque drive from Brodick, you will come across what appears to be a charming little tea shop. However, don't be mistaken - it is not a tea shop and it is only open in the evening. Once you step inside, you will be enchanted by the magic and treated to the most incredible dining experience. Not only is the food outstanding, but the warm and friendly welcome you receive makes it worth a visit.
The portions are generous, the location is excellent, and the owners are lovely. The dining experience was a bit hectic, but overall enjoyable.

This fantastic restraunt was highly recommended by the camping site, which is right next to this wonderful eating establishment. we were not disappointed, I personally think it should be renamed the jewel of arran. eating was absolutely amazing and the service was the second to none.
A most unlikely place at the top of Arran in a small simple cottage. Serving hearty home style cooking in a traditional environment it certainly is a popular spot. BYOB so no booze on tap. Lots of local foods available and a very pleasant service. Food is good though doesn't quite hit the mark for a five. Still, a great little spot near the distillery.
