We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food and get play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. What Jak B doesn't like about Dave Buster's Islandia:
The waitress must have been new! She never came with drinks had appetizers which were great before drinks dinner came still no drinks finally came and she never came back to check on how dinner was or ask about refills. The check she gave us was wrong in our favor but it was to much for her to handle for 9 people View all feedback.
As for vegetarian options, they are clearly labeled on the menu, including various vegan suggestions, and you can substitute regular burgers for a vegan burger as well. Dietary restrictions like vegan and gluten-free options are also clearly marked. In terms of parking, there’s a lot right next to the entrance, along with a designated drop-off area.
This Dave and Buster's was extremely unprofessional. They wrongly accused my brother of harassing a waitress, and then management had security hovering around our table while they clutched their tasers, making everyone at the table feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, a large security guard accused my brother of not paying his bill, which completely ruined my fiancé's birthday party. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
