Ordered the Arctic char and it was so good. The hostess/manager offered to let me order and take it to my room to eat, especially during covid times, and I have to say it is AN INTROVERT'S DREAM COME TRUE I am so happy that was offered as an option and the food was so so so good!!
5 stars all around! This has been the best dining so far in Iceland. It's more high-end and more expensive, but great food and AMAZING SERVICE!!! I'm sad the wife and I are only in town for the 1 night because I could definitely hang here a little longer! Dinner was, on average 5,000kr $36usd), and cocktails/wine were 1,600kr $12usd).
Food was amazing! Pricey ofc but totally worth getting a taste of the town. Ordered the pasta and the soup to share and it was perfect—very filling and wholesome/warm. After a long day of excursions it was great. Definitely get at least something with the lobster!
