The food was quite good, and the views were nice. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. However, our server wasn't very friendly. There were several empty tables by the windows, but they acted as if they didn't want to seat us there. What Pete Johanson doesn't like about Whale Harbor Seafood Buffet:
We had excellent service from Edwin, but the food fell short of expectations. We dined there on a Thursday evening, and the restaurant had only about twenty patrons, despite its capacity to seat 200. Perhaps because of the low turnout, the buffet was poorly stocked, and the quality of the food was mediocre—definitely not worth the $40 per person price tag. We celebrated my father's 80th birthday at this restaurant, and we had an amazing time! The food was delicious, with everyone having their own favorites, including the octopus salad, fried shrimp, chicharron, crabs, and the desserts like tres leches and flan. The view was absolutely stunning! Even from seats away from the windows, it was beautiful. The service was outstanding and deserves a perfect score - 10 stars out of 5! From the moment I first called and emailed to plan the event, everyone was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. Special thanks to Ray and Robert for assisting in coordinating this special occasion. Edwin, our server, we appreciate your friendly smile, hard work, and openness to my ideas for our diverse group. The rooftop bar with live music made for the perfect after-party! We all look forward to returning here!

Perhaps because of the low turnout, the buffet was poorly stocked, and the quality of the food was mediocre—definitely not worth the $40 per person price tag. I couldn't even eat the mashed potatoes because they were surprisingly sweet! Maybe the food is better when the restaurant is busier on weekends, but based on this experience, we won’t be coming back.
The food was amazing. I don?t know why so many people say that this restaurant is bad. Sure it is expensive but I think that it is worth it. The pasta was good but we got bored of it after eating half a plate. Dessert was good too . Overall this restaurantis good and my friend liked it.
The food was quite good, and the views were impressive. The entire restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, our server was not very friendly. There were several empty tables by the windows, but they seemed reluctant to seat anyone there. I would have given this place five stars if they had included lobster tails and snow crab in the buffet, but those options came with an extra charge. Just two days earlier, I dined at another seafood buffet in Orlando that offered all-you-can-eat lobster tails and snow crab, along with other seafood. I suppose it's all about the location?

I would have rated this place 5 stars if they had included lobster and snow crab in the buffet, but unfortunately, those dishes come at an extra cost. Two days prior, I visited another seafood buffet in Orlando that offered unlimited lobster and snow crabs along with a variety of other seafood. I suppose it all depends on the location?
