The pasta we had was not al dente, and if their menu is quite small, it would be good if they used fresh pasta to give a plus to their cuisine. The pizza is good. Very tasty and nice atmosphere! Unfortunately, we only discovered the restaurant on the last day before our departure otherwise we would definitely have come to eat more often. The waiters were all very friendly and the food was really very good like in Italy from starter to dessert. We ate here twice during our 6 days in Holbox. A real Italian with delicious pizzas and pastas. Fresh ingredients and you can taste it! A bit on the more expensive side, but certainly the best Italian on Holbox! Nice live music and a nice atmosphere. In addition to the pizzas, also try the melanzane, delicious! The only downside we found were the toilets. The ladies' toilet was half broken during our visit and there is no proper supply of toilet paper and towels. Otherwise a top tent!
