Staff on the night we were there worked hard, despite looking exhausted

Ordered 2 roll waffles, 1 arrived missing some toppings the other arrived as a blank waffle with nothing on

Last Sunday afternoon we arrived and they didn't have any stock. This Sunday we get here and service was pathetic. Person serving us was not interested, kept on talking to her colleagues while taking our order and had this “dont-care” attitude. Got my wife's order wrong so had to re-do it, took their own sweet time to clean our table and continued passing remarks in Zulu…which I understood very well. The service is so pathetic I'd rather spend money on petrol and go somewhere else. These women are busy talking while you give your order then get it wrong. So unprofessional. I'm surprised that after so many bad experiences, I have just had my own. Clearly management isn't taken seriously at the Florida Road Milky Lane. I waited half an hour for 5 whizzers after already having waited for 10 minutes of us calling out to staff who were lounging about and completely ignored us. Eventually one trudged over, was extremely rudeand looked at us as if she was doing us a favour by doing what she's paid to do. She then proceeded to show us just how long she takes to make it.
