In particula... read more I had a disappointing experience at KFC Queensmead and believe it should be closed. I've never encountered such rude staff toward customers before. In particular, the cashier on March 20, 2022, was very confrontational. He needs to understand that he's there to serve and not engage in conflict with customers. This is why I often prefer to be served by foreign waiters.

I ordered online and paid for my meal, but I only received half of what I ordered. Now, trying to get my money back has become a major hassle. I would never recommend this outlet to anyone. I'm even considering going to the police to report it as theft.
