Kfc Gateway Food Court - Isipingo

Whenever I come over with my order number I have to wait for at least 20 minutes, holding my receipt out, while I am ignored until I make a huge scene and practically force the servers to look at my receipt. They will grudgingly reveal that my order is ready and wordlessly package it and hand it to me without looking at me. Waited close to 45 minutes for the order only to get home and be even more disappointed. The chicken was awfully dry for something that I had been told was still being prepared hence the long wait.

This is very disappointing, this is total not what KFC is all about, I ordered streetwise 2 pap not porridge, Yall standard keeps dropping, someone sitting on a chair somewhere gatta get up n catch a wake up.

I waited for 10 minutes and no one attended to me so I left and purchased my lunch at Barcelos. About 10 kfc employees were bunched together having a conversation, one was busy with his cell phone and all looked very stubborn. Rather disappointing for a famous food outlet.
