I realized I needed to use... read more After spending a day at the beach, my kids started feeling hungry then we decided to go pass KFC in Suncoast to grab some takeaways. I realized I needed to use the gents so I left my wallet with my oldest daughter to order but it when the order arrived thats when I realized that there was a communication brakedown between my daughter and the cashier because there were 18 rolls in my packet but we only need 4. I humbled myself and asked for the supervisor to please void the other 14 rolls,The supervisor Mbali showed no interest in my matter she was very rude she just told me that there is nothing that she can do. The way she hanged this matter left me wondering if the supervisors at KFC undergo any customer service training or they just pick up anyone and make them a supervisor. I left the extra roll at the till without a refund because I didnt need them even worse when I got home the caaslow was shockingly underwhelming and off
