Food, staff and the place is excellent. Reasonable prices as well.

I’m so disappointed I highly recommended this place for my mom and her friend because I had once enjoyed their pasta and I’m embarrassed to say that they absolutely didn’t enjoy their stay, the lamb shank was dry and had to be returned it was nothing like the pictures, service was slow they had to make orders with another waiter because they often had to look for their own. If you’re a person who uses the toilet a lot then you will not like having to walk out the restaurant every time.

The food was so good that I couldn’t even wait long enough to take photos. Definitely going to repeat.

1904 is one of my favourite places to visit when I go home to Durban. Their lamb shank and pulled pork/brisket options are amazing, melt in your mouth. Absolutely no regrets. Food and service doesn't disappoint
