While several guests appreciated the hostess's attentiveness and the delightful piña colada, others expressed disappointment over the delay in service and cold food. Complaints ranged from underwhelming dishes, like a thin mussel chowder, to an unpleasant mildew smell in the restaurant. Though some diners enjoyed specials that provided value, the overall atmosphere marred by dirty tables and wait times prompted considerations about returning. Ultimately, while there were commendable elements, many feel Red Lobster has lost its former charm, leaving customers hesitant.
Very disappointed! we ordered suppening and salate and we were not even halfway through eating and our food came out as we were ready to eat the main meal, it was cold! the mussel khowder was so thin and no mush at all mostly only liquid with nothing else
Was wonderful experience. red hummer was a restaurant that I always visited as a younger child; it was great to visit.
Restaurants not too busy, reservations made, hostess was very pleasant, even if she was busy, she never neglected the people waiting, including me to assure them a table or their reservation. the it was nice and everyone seemed to enjoy dinner and my drink, a piñata volta was excellent!
Eating was good, and the server was amazing. my fiancée was very impressed that she gave us a dog bag of cookies without even asking.
Red lobster has been around for a long time and still continues to deliver an above average dining experience for a reasonable price.
