The staff were unprofessional—they spilled m... read more This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. When I ordered a large, they gave me a small portion in a large container. The staff were unprofessional—they spilled my gravy in the bag and got upset when they had to replace it. Even after fixing that, they missed some of my items. This place should be shut down immediately! On top of that, the restaurant is filthy; I suspect they have roaches. I definitely won’t be coming back until corporate makes some serious changes.

They claim only crispy chicken is available to push that item on the menu, but after placing my order, they inform me it will take a long time. With six people working in the kitchen and a line in the drive-thru and pickup, it doesn’t make any sense. It’s been 30 minutes, and I still haven’t received my order. KFC really needs to improve.

The service was efficient, and we didn't have to wait long. We got the Original Chicken, and the entire family was very satisfied.

I specifically aske... read more This KFC branch is incredibly disappointing! I ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl with Nashville chicken, along with two 5-piece chicken tenders. I specifically asked for a side of Mac and Cheese instead of fries and ordered a Pepsi and Mountain Dew. However, when I got home, I found that I had been given a mashed potato and corn bowl with plain chicken, fries instead of Mac and Cheese, and an orange soda instead of Mountain Dew. The food was of poor quality and overpriced, and they couldn’t even get my order right.
