If your order is not correct, despite specifying when having ordered originally, they don't care to fix the mistake and insist that the order is correct.

This isn’t my first negative experience at this location, but I felt compelled to write this review because the level of service is simply unacceptable. I placed an order through their app, which advertised a special offer. However, when I inquired about the offer item, it wasn't available. When we mentioned that we had a valid offer from the app, which is good until 11/29 and today is 11/25, the employee insisted there was no such offer. Despite my insistence that this was incorrect, she showed no willingness to help resolve the issue. When I expressed my intent to file a complaint, she dismissively replied, “Go make a complaint wherever you need to!” Wow, what a fantastic example of customer service!
