While sitting down with my coffee, a friend of the employees decided to lean on the counter with their flip flops and feet on the top of the counter right by the pick up area. This is disgusting to say the least. The employees saw this happening and did nothing to stop this or clean after. They also used a garbage bag to tie the doors shut. Put up signs that they were closed with customers still inside, yet never said anything to the customers inside. I almost couldn't get out of the building. Never again will I come to this dunkin.

However, when I went up, this other emp... read more Me and my friends went to dunkin and this nice employee gave my friend a free glass of water since she was very thirsty. However, when I went up, this other employee named GOPI argued with me and told me that she wouldn 't give me water unless I payed. I didn 't understand that since every FAST FOOD store I 've went to gives free water. And then GOPI walked away from me and ignored what I was gonna say next. This behavior was extremely rude and terrible customer service. I understand that it costed money, but at the end of the day she should 've been nicer, but instead she was being mean and kept giving us attitude. And she said ok whatever when we walked out the store. DON 'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, GO TO WENDYS RIGHT ACROSS OR STARBUCKS NEXT DOOR BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE FREE WATER!

If your order is not correct, despite specifying when having ordered originally, they don't care to fix the mistake and insist that the order is correct.
