Great Coffee, Donuts, etc. clean place with a very friendly staff.
Don't understand that they have a mobile app service and that orders come in via the computer. Was late to a job because of flagrant incompetence. Go to the one on Route 1.
I ordered a frozen cold chocolate drink through the drive through and asked them to change it to a regular nestle drink and when I went to the window to pay, they told me they thought I wanted both drinks and I asked them to take that one off and they said they couldn't because they had to get the manager and the manager wasn't working,. Since when can't they delete and order when it was a mess up on their end.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but the bagel was burnt and the cream cheese was a disappointment.
I’ve only visited this place once, but I was pleased with both the service and the quality of the items I ordered. It was a holiday weekend, and the drive-thru line was incredibly long, but it moved quickly. Despite the hustle and bustle, my order was accurate, and the staff were friendly. I’m not usually a big fan of Dunkin’, but this location exceeded my expectations. The coffee and bagels were fresh and quite good.
