The windshield wiper pakora had chutney cleverly sandwiched between two layers, which was a delightful surprise. The Kashmiri chai was distinct from regular chai and had a wonderful flavor. However, the ginger added a strong kick that made it slightly bitter. There was a live pani puri station, along with a wide selection of other Indian dishes to try.
